CanCham's Virtual Annual General Meeting 2020 and Business Leaders' Briefing

During these unprecedented times, we must adapt to accommodate the fluctuating conditions. As such, with permission from the Registry of Societies, we will conduct our Annual General Meeting 2020 virtually. We look forward to our Members' participation, so we may proceed with sufficient quorum.  

Immediately following the AGM, CanCham will be hosting its annual Business Leaders' Briefing with H.E. Lynn McDonald. This closed door, member only event, has been designed to provide a unique opportunity for Members to raise topics relevant to Canada-Singapore bilateral relations. We understand that this event is taking place during very turbulent times, where your questions and concerns may be much different than what they were in the past. This is your opportunity to give your input on the issues that will be candidly discussed at this event!

AGM Agenda:

• To receive the annual report of the Executive Committee
• To receive and adopt the Accounts for CanCham for the year ending March 31st, 2020
• To elect no more than fourteen members to the CanCham Executive Committee for 2020-2021
• To elect auditors for the ensuing year
• To approve the financial budget for the ensuing year
• To consider any other matter that the Secretary has received in writing seven days prior to the AGM

Nominations for Executive Committee positions may be submitted in writing to the Secretary up to seven (7) days in advance of the AGM. All nominations may be sent to execdirector@cancham.org.sg. Members who cannot attend are encouraged to nominate a proxy by filling out a proxy form here
