Huijin Kong
Principal, LinHart Group
Huijin, Principal of LinHart Group, works with CEOs, future CEOs, and business owners one-on-one on their most difficult professional and personal issues, often having to do leadership transitions. She is a driving force behind LinHart Group’s programs for leaders looking to reach the apex of success, satisfaction, and self-actualization, personally leading program design and attracting in-service leaders to serve as faculty. She is on the cutting edge in making higher order skill and quality development widely teachable, in Singapore and beyond. Her fervent belief that everyone has a leader inside of them motivates her to mentor many people and create learning environments where people discover the leader in themselves. She also builds communities among people who are on this type of development journeys.
While at McKinsey, Huijin worked with both MNCs and local companies (some state-owned) in the U.S., China, and India. She also served as a senior executive at an Asian media company. Her clients include financial services and telcos. She has a strong affinity for businesses that require innovation and transformation. She co-founded a youth leadership program operating in Hong Kong.
Huijin earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with distinction of Baker Scholar, and a B. Sc. in Economics, summa cum laude with perfect GPA, from the Wharton School of Business.
Jonathan Kwan

Currently, he’s fascinated by the idea of applying Design Thinking principles to individuals in their careers. This human-centric approach helps you further your empathy, and forces you to not just sit back and research options, but to get out there and take action. He believes this approach will be a game changer, especially as everyone continues to think about the Future of Work, and re-imagine how careers will take shape in the future.
Jon holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours – Co-op) in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. In his spare time, you can find him honing his “radio voice” on livestreams & his new career podcast, “Cutting Through The Noise”.
