Positive Influence Conference

This conference is for professionals and leaders who want to reflect on the positive outcomes he/she/the organization is having, and how to raise those outcomes through greater personal influencing effectiveness. This could be

• Founders, owners and CEOs who want to reflect on the growth and transformation of the company, how to influence staff and partners to evolve faster
• Individuals who want to revisit personal career mission and objectives
• individuals facing a significant leadership or influencing challenge (personal or professional realm)

Agenda for the core conference (9am to 2pm) and objectives for Optional +Influence Clinic is below. Reading Tsun-Yan and Huijin’s book Positive Influence: First and Last Mile of Leadership prior to the conference is highly recommended.

Core Conference

• 9:00 – 9:45am: Opening sharing by Tsun-yan and Huijin
• 9:45 – 10:45am: Where am I at with the positive outcomes I aim to have? (Reflection and small group peer sharing)
• 10:45 – 11:00am: morning coffee break
• 11:00 – 11:30am: +influence warriors panel (sharing by leaders pushing the boundaries of +influence in their field)
• 11:30 – 12:15pm: Where is my +influencing game at? What could improve it significantly? (reflection and small group sharing) [required pre-work: take the +influence assessment and get at least 10 people’s feedback]
• 12:15pm – 1:30pm: Lunch (in curated tables based on shared interests or challenges) with sharing of +influence techniques and experiences
• 1:30 – 2:00pm: closing reflections and sharings

Optional: +influence clinic (2-5pm)

• This is for people who want to have deeper discussions on your own personal current influence effectiveness, and analyse+practice your own challenging +influence situations. This will be done in groups of 3-5, facilitated by a LinHart executive mentor.
