A lively trivia session based on Canada in 1983, added just the right touch of fun to the night! The lucky draw made the night even more exciting featuring big ticket prizes including: a roundtrip Air Canada ticket to Canada, sponsored by Air Canada; a private dining experience with Canadian Chef Timothy Jung; a Boeing Aircraft flight simulator session sponsored by Singapore CAE Flight Training; and a gift hamper, sponsored by The American Club.
Special thanks to the night's entertainment, TONE DECK, the Canadian International School Teacher band, who really rocked the the night away.
The crowning glory of the event was the delectable meal by Chef Timothy Jung, stunning cake by Chef Jaslyn and the chef and front of house students at Nanyang Polytechnic, who worked for many weeks to make this a remarkable event!
