The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Canada-ASEAN Business Council, hosted a round table dialogue with the Right Hon. Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister of Canada, Minister Jim Carr, Canada’s Minister of International Trade Diversification, Ian McKay, Chief Executive Officer at Invest in Canada, H.E. Lynn McDonald, High Commissioner of Canada to Singapore, H.E. Diedrah Kelly, Ambassador of Canada to ASEAN and leaders of the Canadian business community.
Topics addressed included the Canada-ASEAN free trade agreement, business connectivity and innovation and collaboration. We are looking forward to welcoming the Government of Canada more frequently to this part of the world. Now is the time for Canadians to learn what opportunities Singapore and the rest of ASEAN have to offer.
