The panelists shared an important dialogue surrounding the food security challenges that are faced globally:
Developed countries can assist to ensure people around the world have access to food security
Managing the need to increase food production, while decreasing carbon emissions = sustainable practices
Food is a basic human right and lack of basic nutrition can destabilize food security
Geopolitical risk has sparked innovation and action to create a better use of land
The need to change human behaviour through education
We can do this but we need to start somewhere!
