THANKSGIVING SEMI-BUFFET DINNER

One-Ninety, a Modern Asian Brasserie

28 November 2019 | 5.00pm to 10.30pm

From $148 per adult | $69 per child

Give thanks with loved ones over a meaningful dinner at One-Ninety this Thanksgiving! Take stock and celebrate the year just passed as our culinary maestros present a feast for the senses.

Select an entrée of your choice such as our signature Oven-Roasted Organic Turkey accompanied with chestnut stuffing and butter glazed baby vegetables or Roasted Prime Beef Striploin with sweet potato gratin. The Steamed Cod with baby clams and lemongrass cream will delight seafood lovers or enjoy Winter Mushroom Ravioli with Parmesan emulsion for a lighter option.

All entrées are accompanied by house-made Chestnut Veloute with Walnut Pesto and freshly baked Cornbread served with Salted Maple Butter for a touch of home.

Elevating the evening, is a magnificent Seafood Bar featuring Maine Lobster, King Crab, Blue Fin Tuna, Fresh Prawns, Avruga Caviar and a variety of shellfish, a specialist Charcuterie Station and a spread of appetizers bursting with fresh flavours such as Poached Scallop with Truffle Vinaigrette and Quinoa with Fresh Figs.

End celebrations on a sweet note with over 10 handpicked cheeses and a decadent selection of desserts, including Pumpkin Pies, German Stollen, Orange Spice Crème Caramel, White Wine Poached Pears, Lemon Meringue Cheesecake and many more, prepared by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a Four Seasons veteran and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London.
