CanCham in partnership with High Commission Of Canada was pleased to host our latest Speakers' Series Event - The Evolution of China's IP System with Dr. Anton Malkin, Senior Research Fellow, Green Technology Asia and Research Fellow, Centre for International Governance Innovation. Guests were fascinated at the way in which the IP system has evolved in China and it was interesting to learn that a foreign firm has a higher chance of winning an IP lawsuit in China than two local Chinese firms suing one another.
